CHILLI PANEER

Our today's kitchen story is a delicious delight ! A very popular Indo-Chinese cuisine, served as starter, side dish as well as main course.


Fried cottage cheese & veggies dipped in a gravy of spicy & tangy mixed sauces.


Commonly known as CHILLI PANEER. Its simple, quick to make and very appetizing to your taste buds. With Minimum ingredients involved, its surely a hit in your dinner table.

Sharing below a step by step process to make this delicious dish :-

· Chop the paneer, onions and capsicums in to big cube pieces, now sprinkle some salt to taste on paneer and keep it aside.

· Peel the garlic cloves and ginger & crush it with a mortar & pestle.

· Heat some oil in a pan & In a small bowl make a mixture of corn flour mixed with a bit of salt, now start dipping the paneer in this batter and deep fry them until the upper layer is golden brown.

· Now in a different pan, heat two table spoons oil, add the chopped onions, crushed ginger garlic & a pinch of salt and keep sautéing. Once the onions are caramelized add the capsicum, keep stirring for 2 minutes & then add 3 tea spoon chilli sauce, 2 tea spoon soya sauce & 4 table spoon tomato ketchup. Let the mixture cook for 3 to 4 minutes and finally add the fried paneer. Mix it well.

· Add a little bit of warm water, some sugar and 3 to 4 green chilies & cover it up. bring it to boil and once the gravy is thick turn off the heat. Your delicious delight is ready to serve.
