At Kihoy Accessories, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your handmade accessory, we're happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please carefully review the terms of our exchange policy below:
1. Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact us via email at kihoylifestyle@gmail.com to request an exchange.
- Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item (if damaged or defective).
- Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
3. Exchange Process:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
- If the item is eligible, you can choose a replacement product of equal value, or receive a store credit for the amount of the original item.
- The exchange process typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale or clearance items, gift cards, or items that show signs of wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
6. Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not offered under this policy. We only process exchanges or provide store credit.
